LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Our warranty is very simple. If you purchase an item from us whether it is N.O.S., N.O.R.S. Rebuilt or Used and if should develop any defects in workmanship.

CHIRCO AUTOMOTIVE will repair, replace or refund the purchase amount at our option. As like all warranties, items damaged due to incorrect installation, abuse, mishandling, or normal wear are not covered. CHIRCO AUTOMOTIVE will not be responsible for labor charges, inconveniences, any other expenses or damage caused by the item.

All you need to do is call us and notify us that the item is being returned postpaid and include a letter describing the defect and proof of purchase or a copy of your invoice to the address listed below.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We use UPS as our shipping method unless your area in undeliverable by this service or you request otherwise. Shipping is charged according to size, weight and destination of the package. Next day air and 2 day are available at a higher expense. A $ 3.00 handling fee is attached to all packages except body trim longer than 3 feet there is a $ 10.00 handling fee. C.O.D fee is $ 5.00 but can be avoided by prepaying either Mastercard, Visa, Check, or Money Order.

Oversized shipments will go freight company, freight collect.

PRICE & AVAILABILITY

Due to the constant changes in the Packard industry as we know it today, our price and availability may change without notice. Our goal is to maintain a fair level of pricing and proper levels of inventory on hand for immediate delivery. This is not always possible due to manufacturer delays, plating delays, and the difficulty to obtain some O.E.M. items.

CORE CHARGES

some items carry a refundable core deposit. We will send these items to you with a core deposit charge which is refunded to you in the same manner in which it was charged to you. Your core must be rebuildable.

Some items are on an exchange basis only. We will send these items to you only when we receive a rebuildable core from you.
